You are invited to be an official sponsor of the Northwest Florida Pride Fest, presented by the Gulf Coast LGBTQ+ Center, Inc., your local safe space for LGBTQ+ persons of the Gulf Coast and Panhandle of Florida. This event will be held on October 14, 2023 from 3-9 CST.
At last year's event, we saw over 5K attendees that came from not only the Panhandle of Florida, but from southern Alabama and other neighboring states. Sponsoring this event is a great opportunity to showcase your business and its support for the LGBTQ+ community. Your sponsorship will not only contribute to the success of the event, it will also ensure that we can continue to provide the support and services that LGBTQ+ persons of the Gulf Coast and Panhandle of Florida need, as well as allowing us to continue to advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion for all.
Anyone interested in sponsorship or co-hosting should email info@gulfcoastlgbtqcenter.org, or by finding the "Drop us a line!" button on our site's home page.
Can you provide staging, sound, lighting? Want to sponsor alcohol? Want to sponsor entertainment? Maybe you're interested in providing a need for Pride, or sponsoring a specific item/event at Pride. Help us in a way that suits you!
Want to be labeled as a co-host for Pride? All that takes is a generous $5,000+ donation towards the event. From there you will be listed as a co-host of the event on our website, social media platforms, and printed flyer/promos, with special recognition at the event.
As a completely volunteer run organization, there is always a need for volunteers. It takes a lot of team effort to make sure every aspect of Pride is a success. Let us know if you want to join our team!
Are you a small business? Planning on being a vendor at Pride? Make a generous donation of $500 or more to be labeled a Small Business sponsor. Your donation will include your vendor fee and your business will be listed on our website as such from time of donation through the event.
Individual donations are the number one way that charitable organizations are able to thrive. Establish recurring monthly donations, give quarterly, give for a specific reason (i.e. Pride). Any
and every donation helps!
Corporate sponsorship takes a generous donation of $1,500 or more. All corporate sponsors are listed as such on our website from the date of donation through the event, as well as being listed as such on printed Pride flyers/promos.
We are looking for food trucks, community service providers, local businesses, vendors, entertainers, Queens & Kings, musical acts, comedians, and much more for our main Pride Festival on October 14th from 3-9 CST.
Persons interested in volunteering opportunities during Pride Fest should visit https://forms.gle/W2iwYgSmEUJf6ft37 to complete the registration form.
Persons interested in vending/providing entertainment at the main Pride Fest should visit https://forms.gle/mabmuPb5wZpvcAoX7 to complete the application form.
Remember, all monetary and in-kind donations are tax deductible and a receipt will be provided.
Every Monday we facilitate a youth group meetup for ages 13-18, where they can come together and be themselves. They spend two hours together, with the first hour typically being discussion focused, and the second hour being about fun, food, and friendship.
Every other Thursday we offer a transgender support group. This group meets to discuss topics specific to transgendered persons, in a safe environment, where love, support and community are built.
The last Saturday of every month we meetup with our LGBTQ+ family members and allies. This group gathers to encourage one another and to discuss efforts and actions that can be made to continue to support the LGBTQ+ community.
The first Tuesday of every month we host a potluck for adult LGBTQ+ persons. This is a time to gather with likeminded persons of the community, in a safe space, where love, food, and friendship is shared.
We partner with agencies like United Way of Northwest Florida, the NWF Health Network, St. Andrews Episcopal Church, and many others to provide support and services to the LGBTQ+ community.
