Steph was elected President of the Board of directors January of 2025. Representing the nonbinary flavor of the rainbow, Steph has taken this role by the reigns and ran with it, soaking up every opportunity to grow The Center’s presence and impact in the community.
Michele is the immediate past President and was elected in May 2022. When she's not at The Center, she's busy advocating for clients at her and her wife's private law practice. She's the current Chair of the Pride Committee for 2025.
Emily was elected Vice President of the Board June 2022. She splits her time between The Center, being a Fire Captain, her family, and advocating for transgender rights.
Cass was just elected Treasurer in January 2023. She is bringing years of teaching experience to our Board and is the recent recipient of her school's Teacher of the Year Award.

Jada is a disabled mother of 2 amazing human beings, a leather artist, and a fierce protector of those she loves and holds dear. She is also a member of our local Roller Derby Team: Sugar Sands Roller Derby (SSRD). She co-hosts a weekly Womens Empowerment group and also helps run Safe Space Sunday Dinners. She brings her strong work ethic

William has been partnered with his husband Steven for 12 years and a Panama City Beach resident since 1987.
He is a local LGBTQ+ visionary, advocate and event planner for almost 10 years and was the Northwest Florida Pride 2024 chairperson.
Roger is the reason the Center stays clean, stocked with snacks, and feeling comfy cozy! Having volunteered with the Center since it's inception in 2018, Roger is an irreplaceable member of our team! He's also a double-lung transplant survivor!
